PART ONE

 

Document outlines the personalised strategy and recommendations that the LPG team has created for you :

  • Depending on the type of investment you have chosen, we will help you buy/bid or build.

  • Having a professional third party to discuss the positives and negatives of an asset, facilitating a more thought-through approach while ensuring an expedited process, has been a great comfort to our clients.

  • LPG will negotiate the sale price with the RealEstate agent or organise the land and building contracts to be sent out (if you decide on new construction).  

  • Our accredited investment advisors have over 20 years of experience in negotiating contracts, sales and prices. They pride themselves on achieving the best price for their clients possible. As buyers agents, we can negotiate on your behalf with agents, and as we deal with agents daily, we have a good feel for how they respond and react to price negotiation. This allows you to feel confident in the price you have paid for the property.

It's All Yours! So what now?

  • LPG will walk you through and explain the exchange, settlement and construction process right up to choosing the tenants.

  • LGP can refer you to an experienced conveyancer to facilitate the process of exchange, settlement or construction, or you can use your own.

  • We will stay with you for that whole period and ensure that it remains an easy process for you.
